Payments, Financing & Risk
Cashless payments, equipment financing, lease-to-own, working capital, warranties, and insurance products that reduce the risk of modernization.
NARI connects technology, equipment, payments, finance, locations, service providers, and institutional partners with a fragmented national operator market. Partners can participate in pilots, modernization programs, education, research, working groups, and provider-sponsored voucher initiatives.
Most providers reach operators one account at a time — through long sales cycles, cold outreach, and buyers who have been pitched by everyone. NARI creates a different pathway: structured programs, pilots, education, working groups, and opt-in operator introductions built around documented operator needs.
Qualified providers can demonstrate value in real operating environments and become part of how modernization is actually implemented, rather than competing only for attention. The asset is not a purchased endorsement. It is a transparent record of scope, pricing, implementation readiness, operator experience, and program performance.
NARI is now forming its founding operator cohort and partner network. Founding partners enter before scale and help build the programs, research, market pathways, and shared industry infrastructure from which the wider sector — and participating partners — will benefit.

These designations describe the scope of a partner’s participation. They do not by themselves confer certification, exclusivity, procurement priority, or governance rights beyond the applicable agreement. NARI may introduce a formal certification framework after publishing the applicable standards, review, renewal, suspension, and appeal procedures.
NARI partnerships are based on mutual commitments, not paid placement.

NARI commits to:
No provider reviews or approves its own offer. Partners can help shape the pathway, but no partner owns the standards, controls operator choice, or receives permanent category exclusivity.
Participating providers contribute through the Provider Council and relevant working groups to category roadmaps, integration requirements, implementation priorities, and the market barriers operators actually face.
The Council does not approve provider offers, select voucher recipients, determine operator purchasing decisions, control procurement, or grant exclusivity. It provides meaningful influence without ownership of the pathway.
Richer machine-level data can sharpen fraud detection and reconciliation as the telemetry footprint grows.
Optimization from the software layer can improve utilization and ROI on the machines operators deploy.
Aggregated, anonymized performance data can support more informed underwriting and sector-specific financing models.
